YOUR FAMILY · YOUR SHOWDOWN

Keep the character. Keep the glory.

One parent account. A profile for each player.

Children use their saved player profile and PIN. They do not need a separate parent account or email address.

Set up your family in four steps
  1. Create the parent account

Choose a household ID of 4–32 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens, and a password of at least 14 characters. Save the recovery key shown after registration somewhere private; you will need it if you forget the password.

  2. Add each child or adult as a saved player

Under Saved players, choose Add a new player, enter a name or nickname, pick a character and choose a 4–6 digit PIN. Six digits are recommended. Use a different PIN for each player. Their nickname appears to others in the joined game.

  3. Link your shared screen, then join with the saved profile

Create a room on the shared screen. Enter its six-character room code under Link this household to your TV and approve the request with the TV remote before players join. Each phone opens the QR link or invitation link, selects the correct saved player and enters that player’s PIN. A game supports up to four players.

  4. Find each player’s School practice

Complete a School game using saved profiles. Parents can choose a player here to see questions to revisit. A child can open School practice from their joined game and enter their own PIN. Practice, flashcards and game medals are separate.

Already registered, forgotten PIN or no questions yet?
  • Already registered? Sign in to the same household ID to keep using its saved profiles. Avoid creating a second household for the same family.
  • Forgotten player PIN? Sign in as the parent, choose that saved player, enter a replacement PIN and save. Leave the PIN field blank when editing if you want to keep it.
  • Forgotten parent password? Use the household ID and saved recovery key in Recover account.
  • No School questions to revisit? Complete a School game with the saved profile. Missed, unanswered and app-hinted answers become practice choices. Guest play does not build the saved player’s record.
  • Who can see practice? The parent account can access saved players’ practice. The child’s School session is limited to their own profile. Keep the parent password, recovery key and player PINs private.
